Rules for using our AI try-on, outfit, and closet services.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WellStyle and its AI-powered Try-On, Outfit, and Closet services (the “Services”), operated at https://aitraveler.me.

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • Minimum age: 13 years.
  • Users under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent.
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

2. Description of the Services

WellStyle provides tools that may include:

  • Try-On: AI-assisted virtual try-on previews using photos you provide
  • Outfit: AI-assisted outfit suggestions by style and scene
  • Closet: Browsing sample pieces and dressing a model on device
  • Optional local saving of looks in your browser

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may change over time.

3. Informational and Entertainment Purposes Only

All try-on previews, outfit ideas, styling tips, and related content are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

  • The Services do not constitute professional fashion, sizing, retail, or any other professional advice.
  • We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, fit, color matching, completeness, or suitability for any person or purpose.
  • You are solely responsible for your own styling and purchase decisions.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • Outputs from Try-On and Outfit features may be generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, unrealistic fits, or unsuitable combinations.
  • WellStyle has not verified AI-generated content for accuracy or real-world fit.
  • Always use your best judgment; verify garment details with the seller before purchasing.
  • If you notice an issue with AI-generated content, discontinue use of that content and contact us if appropriate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose
  • Upload content that you do not have rights to use, or that is illegal or offensive
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape excessively, exploit, or disrupt the AI system or infrastructure
  • Use automated bots or scripts to overload, abuse, or manipulate the Services
  • Interfere with ads, security controls, or other users’ access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation or suspected abuse.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Site design, branding, text, layout, and other materials are owned by WellStyle / its operators or licensed for use, except where third-party rights apply (including stock imagery and third-party tools).
  • AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may save looks locally for personal use.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit the Services or their content without prior written permission, except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

7. Advertising and Third-Party Technology

The Services may include advertising (including Google AdSense) and third-party technologies such as AI model providers, analytics, and consent tools.

  • These parties may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We are not responsible for third-party websites, ads, or services linked from or embedded in the Services.
  • Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Data Practices

We collect and process limited technical and usage data to operate and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you also acknowledge the advertising and cookie disclosures in that policy.

9. No Account; Local Saves

  • The Services are designed to be usable without creating an account.
  • Local preferences or session data may be stored in your browser.
  • Saved looks stored locally are your responsibility to manage.

10. Service Modifications and Availability

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services or these Terms at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellStyle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from:

  • your use of or inability to use the Services;
  • reliance on AI-generated try-on previews or outfit suggestions;
  • purchasing decisions based on the Services; or
  • third-party ads, links, or AI providers.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless WellStyle and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted under applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operators are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise.
